1. Non-Refundable Transactions

• Any game top-up that has already been credited to your account is final and non-refundable.
• If incorrect login credentials or player ID were entered and the order has been successfully delivered, no refund can be issued.
• Bonus top-ups are provided by the game authority; VenomStore cannot issue refunds if the bonus is not credited.
• VenomStore is not responsible for gift cards or digital goods that have been stolen, misplaced, or misused without authorization.
• Purchases of CD Keys, Gift Cards, Game Points, and Prepaid Cards are neither refundable nor exchangeable once delivered.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may only be granted under the following circumstances:

• Unauthorized charges on your credit/debit card, PayPal, or other payment methods, and your order has not yet been delivered.
• Out-of-stock or unavailable items — if we are unable to fulfill your order.
• You must provide proof of purchase or receipt from VenomStore for verification.

3. Instant Refund Option

For a faster experience, you may request an instant refund by contacting our WhatsApp Support Team.

• Instant refunds are processed within 24 hours and credited directly to your VenomStore Wallet.
• This option is available only for eligible, undelivered transactions.
• Refunds issued to your VenomStore Wallet can be used for future purchases.

4. Standard Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days of confirmation, depending on the payment provider’s processing times.
• Once your refund is issued, you will receive an email notification confirming the transaction.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 days:

• Please check your payment account again.
